Returns Policy

Imdad offers returns for items revise on “Door to Door” refund (check the order items type and quantity ordered)

 

If any of the products have been found to be malfunctioning, not compatible with the description given, defective Imdad will return the product(s) on our own expense. Imdad would implement a Return & Refund Policy to cover the process of refunding and replacing customer with the right product

You may return items received as damaged, defective, not suitable for use, and not as described on the website to us within revising on “Door To Door”of its delivery.

If you are not happy with the item or if you change your mind after the delivery of the item, you can return within the revise on “Door To Door” of its delivery except:

  • Clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable
  • Items with their retail packaging, seals or boxes opened or missing and any tags or labels which were attached
  • Items that fall into the below category types:

Consumable items that were used or installed

If you believe you have received a counterfeit item has expired, please contact our Customer Service for assistance.

We will assess and validate all the returned items before we process a refund. If we cannot find the reason stated for the return or if the item product is not eligible for a refund as listed above, we will send the item back to you and no refund is given.
