مدة الإرجاع
يمكنك إرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الشحنة.
الحالات المقبولة
نقبل الإرجاع في الحالتين:
- منتج به عيب أو تالف أو غير مطابق للطلب.
- تغيير الرأي — إذا لم يعجبك المنتج أو لم تعد بحاجة إليه، دون إبداء أسباب.
مصاريف شحن المرتجع
إمداد تتحمل مصاريف شحن المرتجع بالكامل في جميع الحالات، سواء كان المنتج به عيب أو كان الإرجاع لتغيير الرأي. لا يتحمل العميل أي رسوم إرجاع.
الاستبدال
نقبل استبدال المنتج بمنتج آخر خلال نفس مدة الـ 14 يوماً وبنفس الشروط.
شروط المنتج المرتجع
يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم، وفي عبوته الأصلية سليمة مع جميع الملصقات والبطاقات.
أصناف غير قابلة للإرجاع
- المستهلكات التي تم فتحها أو استخدامها
- أصناف التصفية والعروض النهائية
- المنتجات ذات العبوات التالفة أو الملصقات المفقودة
طريقة استرداد المبلغ
يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 3 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج المرتجع والتحقق من حالته.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return window
You may return or exchange any product within 14 days of the delivery date.
Accepted reasons
We accept returns in both cases:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Change of mind — if you don't like the product or no longer need it, no reason required.
Return shipping cost
Imdad covers the full cost of return shipping in all cases, whether the product is defective or the return is a change of mind. The customer pays no return fees.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for another product within the same 14-day window and under the same conditions.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unused and in their original condition, in the original undamaged packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used consumables
- Clearance and final-sale items
- Products with damaged packaging or missing tags
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
